Solid Insulated Ring Main Unit

TCXGN15-12(CVF) solid insulation ring main unit, solid insulation is a kind of wisdom cloud equipment with environmental protection materials, economic price and convenient operation. All conductive parts of the switch are installed in a sealed stainless steel air box with dry air + thermoplastic material as the insulating body; the main switch is vacuum arc extinguished and the isolation switch has a three-position structure. The adjacent cabinets are connected to each other by solid insulated busbars. The TCXGN15-12(CVF) does not suffer from a gradual decrease in air pressure at low temperatures, as SF6 switches do, with the insulation decreasing throughout the process and eventually leading to insulation failure.

*TCXGN15-12 (CVF) eliminates the greenhouse gas SF6 and all materials used are non-toxic and environmentally friendly.

*Adopts a fully insulated, fully enclosed standard European busbar system for easy installation and low cost.

*High security, the cable box can only be opened if the feeder has been isolated or earthed.

*In the event of an internal arc fault, a special pressure relief device installed in the lower part of the body will automatically activate to relieve the pressure.

*High voltage circuits are shielded using equal pressure shielding technology and are sealed in epoxy resin housings in a single operation.

*Vacuum interrupter with sine curve mechanism, strong interrupting ability, effortless closing and dividing operation.

*The shaft system of the drive system is supported by a large number of needle roller bearings, resulting in flexible rotation and high transmission efficiency. Rectangular contact springs are used for stable force values and long mechanical and electrical life of the product.
