GCS withdrawable low-voltage Switchgear

GCS standard low-voltage switchgear is applicable to the power plants, petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, textile, high-rise buildings and other industries. As a low-voltage complete set of power distribution devices for three-phase ac frequency of 50(60)Hz, rated working voltage of 380V(400V)(660V) and rated current of 4000A and below, used for power distribution, motor centralized control, reactive power compensation in the power supply system.

Characteristics

1. Main framework adopts 8MF bar steel. Both sides of bar steel is installed with 9.2mm mounting hole with modulus 20mm and 100mm. Inner installation is flexible and easy.

2. Two types of assembly form design for main framework, full assembly structure and partial (side frame and cross rail) welding structure for user selection.

3. Each function compartment of device is separated mutually. The compartments are divided into function unit compartment, bus bar compartment and cable compartment. Each one has relative independent function.

4. Horizontal bus bar adopts cabinet back level placed array pattern for enhancing the capacity of resisting electrodynamic force for bus bar. It is the basic measure for obtaining high short circuit strength capacity for main circuit.

5. Cable compartment design makes cable outlet and inlet up and down convenient.

Conditions of Use

* Maximum altitude at site 2000m above sea level.

* Ambient temperature Maximum +40 °C, minimum -5°C, average over 24 hours +35°C * Humidity Clear and clean air, 50% maximum relative humidity when +40°C , slighted greater relative humidity is allowed when lowest temperature occurs (for example, 90% when +20°C) . Incidental condensation caused by rapid temperature changes is allowed.

* Away from fire, explosion, serious pollution, chemical corrosion and other strong vibration.

* The inclination angle with the vertical plane shall not exceed 5 .

* +20°C ~+55°C during transport and storage. Maximum +70°C over a period of 24 hours.
